Westonbirt Arboretum in Autumn.

Westonbirt Arboretum is a popular location for my family. We have our annual passes and enjoy many beautiful walks over the year. We walk our dogs, enjoy the stunning scenery and sometimes even have a cheeky hot chocolate too. The arboretum is always such a gorgeous place to be, but in Autumn it takes beauty to a whole new level. I could spend hours and hours just taking in all the vibrant colours and enjoying the view. A couple weeks ago, my mum and I went on a little autumn walk at the arboretum and of course I had to bring my camera. Here are some of my favourite photos from the day...

Windy Walks.

I was just browsing through some of the many photographs on my laptop when I came across my photography album. This is the folder where I put some of my favourite photographs, including this one.

I particularly love this photograph and thought I would share it. This was taken a little while ago, but I can still remember the day. It was a kind of cloudy, pretty chilly and very windy day and we had decided to go for a walk. It was up a local hill and of course, got windier the higher we got. I remember laughing at how we could lean into the wind and when you jumped you felt like you were flying. It was a lovely day.

The boy in the image is one of my brothers, Alfie. I love the angle this was taken and I LOVE it in black and white. I was pretty proud of this photo if I say so myself.

That is all for today's rather short post. I love sharing some of my favourite photographs and maybe I will be sharing more in the future.

Thank you for reading and have a lovely weekend.

Family walks

The other day my brother, mum and I all went for a little walk up Cherill Hill. It was a little chilly due to the wind but the sun was occasionally peeping through the clouds and so we decided to make the most of the decent weather (Typical British weather being unpredictable). We took a little kite and had a lovely time walking up the hill. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the top for a couple of reasons. Firstly, we didn't have much time as we had other plans later on. However, the other and the probably bigger reason for this was due to the fact that my mum is terrified of cows! (due to a very unfortunate cow chasing incident). There were a nice little group of cows chilling at the top and so we decided not to go all the way to the top this time. However, it's little things like this that make life so special and I couldn't help but share.

My brother and I jumping in the flowers.

I love going on walks and who better to do so with than family.
